I have no proof that they have lied. I have instances where lying is a possible explanation, but not the only one. Even David Kay thought that the fiction of a robust program of WMD production was maintained to dupe Saddam, by his scientists and technicians......

Rock, Using their measurement technique, Clinton should be credited for preventing a foreign terrorist attack on US soil from Feb 26, 1993 through the time he left office. Also using their accounting, the 1993 attack should be credited to Bush Pere. <G>
