You begin your reply with more baseless assertions rather than respond appropriately to your previous ones. The "so what?" portion clearly indicates that you cannot or will not comply with the guidelines for this thread. As for your TOU assertion, no need to try to spin that into some new reality. It's more than obvious that you have your own personal prism for creating your world view & it doesn't need to include facts that stand in stark contrast with that world view.
