Kerry cannot connect with voters because he leads a life shared by a tiny percentage of Americans. His wife's 5 houses are in the most affluent areas of the nation. Half his childhood was lived in Europe. Today on CNN's "Reliable Sources", a female reporter said she hopes Kerry will win because "his wife & daughters will make terrific copy....they're much more interesting than him". She added "John Kerry would not be running for Pres, if his wife's fortune had not helped subsidize his candidacy". Those remarks were from an admitted liberal reporter. BTW, Rolling Thunder Mortorcyle Club announced yesterday that it's endorsing GW Bush for Pres, NOT the heiress-funded playboy of the western world, John Kerry.

The Violence Policy Center will cite that there are 200 million guns in this country and that there is a direct correlation between the number of guns and the amount of violent deaths from guns. The problem with this theory is that 150 million of those guns are kept by people in rural areas. If the VPC claims were true, then I'd expect places like Iowa, West Virginia, North Dakota, Colorado, Wyoming and Arizona to be war zones. They aren't The Violence occurs in the cities and is related to gangs, drugs, pride and greed.
