Berlusconi just increased the risk of a terrorist attack in his country . He should have kept his mouth shut.

Berlusconi was foolish to make a public statement supporting Bush. There is much anti-Bush sentiment in Italy.

Berlusconi set the stage for AL Qaeda to attempt to gain anti-war support through an attack. His words are similar to waving a red flag in the face of a bull.

There's no point in being foolish. AL Qaeda is a real threat to people all over the world so leaders should be careful about what they say in public.
