Everything is regulated. Why should Trial Lawyers not be regulated. Shopping for friendly venues where the communities make their living on Tort law is clearly an abuse. Power corrupts - absolute power corrupts absolutely. It is not about not compensating victims - it is about not creating victims. If you would like to degenerate into a black and white absolutest argument it would be like all else in an election year. No rationale debate. No rationale compromise. Only complete polarization.
