IMO it's about justice. I'm an idealist, and I believe that you shouldn't have to be a multi million dollar corporation to get justice.

Trial Lawyers are regulated. They are attorneys who are subject to the Rules of Professional Conduct. They can be disbarred for violation of those rules. Their fees are regulated. I know because I have been a trial lawyer for the past 42 years.
