I saw a chart for a year for which there were 2 Hurricanes headed for GOM. The effect of the second one seemed to last for more than a few weeks.

Also depends on the Hurricane. One headed for Florida panhandle or towards Mexico has less effect than one headed for Texas Luisianna border, which has biggest consentraion of offshore facilities.

In the tight markets we are in, effecxt could be magnified.
