I'm amazed that so many people love to hate Martha. I for one think she got shafted. I'm glad I don't know any high rollers execs, who's stock I bought and then sold on a tip.

Could have happened to anyone...then you freeze up when you are questioned about the inside information.

She should have owned up to it from the start. But I see how she got trapped in the situation, and then she got bad advice...which really landed her in hot water.

I think you make her pay one hell of a fine...and let her get back to the cooking.

Kenneth Lay on the other hand should do some hard time...the trial is just getting started.

It seems odd that our Courts expect a newly convicted felon to accept responsibility for their crime to lessen the sentence, while an appeal is still pending.

On one hand the convict is still fighting the conviction and has every right to do so, and on the other, the Court says, "admit it now, or risk more time in jail."

I think that factor in sentencing is unfair and should be challenged.
