What are you saying? That electricity produced from solar and wind sources will be used to power cars and trucks? How do solar and wind power sources help wean us from mideast oil? It's those pesky internal combustion engines that are the problem.

Also, I hate to burst your bubble, but solar and wind power do not generate sufficient output to be a reliable alternative even to conventionally generated power. At best, they are a supplement.
