NIMBY = Not In My Back Yard

A lot of "green" CA types want power, but they want the plants somewhere else, in someone else's backyard. They want oil, but not rigs off LA. No nuke plants there either.

We could save a tremendous amount of oil with conservation. We're not being serious about it when half our people drive giant SUV's without any need to.
