No matter what evidence I produce, you'll find an excuse for the killing. According to you, if an Israeli tank fires its heavy machine gun into a crowd, killing 10 people, that is OK, because the killer did not look at each one in the eye and make small talk before killing them ?

Anyway, here's another one that even the US couldn't make excuses for.

UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan today strongly condemned the killing and injury of Palestinian demonstrators in southern Gaza, and called on Israel to immediately end its military operations there. "The killing of peaceful demonstrators, many of them women and children, has distressed the Secretary-General, who sends his deepest condolences and sympathies to the families of the victims," Annan's spokesman Fred Eckhard said in a statement.
