Rascal, I wouldn't say of Bosnia/ex Yugoslavia "nobody got hurt". That was a major civil war in which swarms of people were killed and they more or less fought each other to a standstill. In Srebenica, the UN was ignored while several thousand male prisoners were murdered by Serbs. The NUN needs to be an actual military force which kills violent opponents. Not a pathetic bunch of armed observers who get pushed out of the way or tied to stakes [to keep them out of the way]. Mqurice
