So how do you answer my question, when? When is enough enough? What will trigger the shift to color blind?

School segregation which grows from neighborhood segregation is the biggest issue I see.

How do you measure success there? Surely not when every neighborhood is integrated. Perhaps when neighborhood segregation is deemed voluntary?

That's the best illustration to me of structural racism.

You are still holding on to the liberal vision that we are going to end up a "salt and pepper" society. It is now obvious from the movement of middle class blacks to the suburbs that this was a dream that went against human nature. They are still staying in groups. They feel better with others of their color around them.

Ya gotta give up that chimera, John.
