Overly-tolerated anti-American DEMOCRATS are what almost caused California to go bankrupt.

California is working on THAT problem. There are going to be a lot of shocked and awed traitors and PIGS in the Kerry campaign in November, watching California put the frosting on Kerry's unprecedented electoral disaster.

(But Patsy-after WATCHING it-will whine about "documentation".)

Not a rediculous theory. Look at the facts of the U.S. world domination over the past 50 years. Like I said, what other country has troops in over 100 countries? None. What other country has troops in over 10 countries? None. But the U.S. does. Now who dominates the world?

As far as Mexican invaders from the South. Certainly we could stop them of curtail them serverly if we wanted to. Perhaps if we didn't have troops in over 100 countries and stationed those troops along the Mexican border intsead, we could do so. The problems is our priorities are all screwed up. It's all part of our plan for world domination. We need Mexico's cheap labor pool. They play a vital role in America's economy. The economy needs menial laborers. We focus our enegies and resources (including military) on dominating other countries like Iraq, not protecting our border. In case you haven't figured it out, your government doesn't have your best interests in mind. They can live with cheap Mexican labor, it helps keep labor costs down. What they're interested in is the 2nd biggest oil reserves sitting under Iraq, not helping Americans solve our illegal immigration situation.

If we haven't 'achieved world domination' then we're getting really bad value for the bucks we spend!

Considering that our military budget is larger then the next five largest national military budgets added together... and we have some 128 military bases in foreign nations (and are by far the world's largest arms exporter).

Maybe someone should apply a little cost/benefit discipline to our spending, and spend *smarter*....

Or --- maybe 'world domination' ain't all it's cracked up to be, Ann, especially because of all the negative externalities that result from attempting it, and the historical lessons from failed nations who at one time could make that boast?
