Rock, you might as well be talking to a rock. My core beliefs & life experience do not in any way correspond with your views. The USA has troops in so many different areas due to both WWII & the Cold War. Those countries wanted us there for their own protection. Of course, after WWII there were many troops stationed in Germany & Japan and after the Korean Conflict as well. I believe we should charge all countries for the service wherever American troops are stationed. It would be a great income generator.
