That all sounds GREAT in THE FUZZY WORLD OF ACADEMIA BUT in the REAL WORLD, we got a UN that is CROOKED, taking payoffs at the HIGHEST LEVELS including Annans own family, and even in its BEST DAY is a bunch of social climbers incapable of any ACTION. Such a weak UN results in Dictators like Saddam who can IGNORE the idle threats of the UN and were it NOT FOR THE USA do ANYTHING THEY LIKE TO ANYONE. Now THATS the REAL WORLD. jdn
