You were not of age during that time. BTW it was nixon who brought the conflict to cambodia. Was Pol pot his idea of peace with honor? Also most baby boomers were not druggies unless you want to lump W cheney & crew into another generation. They did however dodge conflict during that time which might tell you something of what they thought of the merits of that war.

You give more credence to the slaughter of Cambodians, whom wer e not defending, than you do the reasons we were supposed to be fighting the VC and NVN.... How did you get these notions? Do you have any idea of the anti-war atmosphere at the time???? And btw, the Americans commited enough atrocities of their own before our withdrawal....just like in Iraq now.... Maybe you should read Bob (not John) Kerrey's story.... And just what in the hell is a traditional American???
