Fundamentally things look great! Technically they are bad and getting worse at a time when there is very little negative sentiment.

Are you reading the same reports I am put out by the analyst community? This is the first cycle that never was. AMAT is 8 points from its absolute low with IC sales set to make an all-time high, and you think there is very little negative sentiment?

Take off those rose colored glasses. Look at some charts! Even on a fundamental basis is AMAT selling at 2 x book value? That would be just north of $10 a share for AMAT.

So you don't think AMAT should be trading at a multiple of their book value? I suppose you think GE doesn't deserve a premium to their book value either? MSFT is selling at a higher price to book then both AMAT or GE, what a bloated pig! DELL, trading at 14 times their book value, is a worthless POS and should be trading at $2.50/share.

Now that I think about it, you're right. All companies that trade over their book value are over priced! Who cares if they are the premier company in their sector? Who cares if these companies create the innovations used to improve our lives and standards of living? Who cares what their growth rates are? Who cares how profitable they are or are going to be?

Better get out of all stocks, just in case something happens that was unexpected. The trend is down! That justifies everything. SELL, SELL, SELL! Get out, there's a cloud in the sky! It could be the start of 40 days and nights of rain! Better be safe, sell!

LOL!
