BUT there's NEVER been as much at stake (this time it's about the survival of the country as we know it)... so it's no surprise that this one's been going on for three years. I agree. I expect that everyone in the world is watching and feeling pretty much the same way. It's very weird and rather horrible that the things have come to a point at which it actually makes any difference to "the rest of us" who ends up being your next president. IMO, that's rather sad as it shouldn't actually matter. we'll sure be glad when it's over. yes, I'll bet.
