the poor don't use most of the services. The elderly use most of the services in this country in the form of entitlements, and that particular inequity is set to balloon to the extreme starting in a year or so when the Bush drug plan goes through. So if you want to go after the freeloaders be my guest but they are the elderly who didn't pay for the huge amt of services and cash they are now collecting. This has been documented extensively in the right wing sites like heritage.org, go ahead and check it out.
