Where did you read about the claim that Nader is taking a "chunk of vote" away from Kerry.

ok well we'll find out soon enough. I say Bush goes down in a wall of flames. Iraq is a mess and we've gone from an incredible booming economy to a 70s- carterish landscape in 3 short years. Bush of course blames terrorism for everything but really its cronyism and stealing at the core of our economic problems imho.

The euphoric reaction to Clinton's book is a clue in my view. Clinton's legacy is gaining momentum with every new Bush screwup.

Nader will not be a factor unless the vote is as razor close as in 2000. So far it's not looking like that, though it's possible. Nader may eventually capitulate if he sees himself giving Bush the win. At least he has told some of his leftwing friends he will bow out if it is very close. Don't expect Nader to get more than 2% of the vote and only half that comes from Kerry. Nader will also not be in the debates.
