I'm backing Bush because I have known John Kerry, my senator, for 30 years. That's enough for me to throw my 100% support to Bush, a guy who I grade a C- president.

tonto, I agree with your statement and my posting history stands as a testament to my moderate political stands; however, 2 posters at SI, one from each political extreme have demonstrated complete intolerance for anyone who utters one negative word about their chosen candidates and/or party. as such, they are the only posters at SI who have ever received my ridicule due to their extreme positions. We all know who I'm referring to--AS & Cyberken. Your forum as the symbol of political moderation at SI, should benefit from the abrasive quality of the current Kerry and Bush forums. It's already off to a flying start. Congratulations and enjoy your wkend.
