Most of my political science professors were liberals. Many of them also had bad hair, wore bad clothes, had bad breath, and rambled on and on regardless of whether or not anyone cared what they were talking about.

Even if the professors of the world had conversion to political liberalism as their #1 goal, it would be a waste of time. I never met anyone who wanted to be like a professor in any way. And the young minds of today care increasingly less about politics. Apathy is the modern trend.

Gosh, that's super news. I hope things get even more biased :-) After all, the right owns shock radio, I'd rather the left owned the college circuit. Thanks for the good news!

That’s a pretty stacked deck on the side of liberal thought in Ivy League colleges. Other studies in recent years have shown a similar, overwhelming liberal bias in college faculties, and discrimination and denial of tenure to conservative professors.

What Causes the Liberal Bias in Colleges?

Higher intelligence?

Sometimes you just have to look under the light. :)

Seriously, though, I would imagine that college professors are brighter than the average person, more informed, better read...and gee...on balance they happen to be more liberal thinkers. What a surprise.
