So this Weaver white seperatist was just some innocent guy minding his own business, huh? And it was all a case of mistaken identity? Hey it's possible. Mistakes happen. One thing I can tell you, that the Reno feds would never intentionally go after an innocent person. Maybe they had bad intel like Bush did in Iraq. Maybe he was guilty of something nefarious. Maybe he was ordered to lay down his weapons and refused. If the latter, then any fool knows you're asking for it. Lawmen don't take chances with freaks with high-powered weapons. They have a right to shoot to kill if some nut refuses to lay down his arms.
