M,
Sure, the immigrants who make it officially through the challenges without fraud are great additions

That's exactly what the Sioux,Cree,Micmac,Iroquois et al in NA have been saying for years...

I think the Maori in your country are of a similar opinion...

tisk tisk..

I really think you could compete with Tolkein (Lord of the Rings), Herbert (Dune), and Rawlings (Harry Potter) and write your own fantasy novel... I would suggest you call it A History of the World ;o) <ng>

The cute and cuddly Spotted One...

EDIT GRUB 51100

Off to walk the doggie...

I can understand your ire. In essence, though, it's the same rant as one can see in Germany now and then over ... er ... let's say the social net abnormalities:"...Wow, check this, meine Liebe, can you believe it, this SOB moved to Florida with his social pay, cause quote Frankfurt gave him fits unquote. Mitzi, I tell ya, we the honest people, we're just getting royally screwed."

It's the pungent story of the (population) tails, very motivating and entertaining, when published in yellow press. Were it not tails, the society would not exist anymore: without a host, there's no parasite. But, as we all prove, any society is a thinking, (re)acting entity. I just hope that on the average it sees the forest and not just the trees.

Regards

dj

Shanghai is an absolutely beautiful clean safe city with modern upscale buildings and so much dynamics. Not sure where you were a few months ago that gave you some negative psychotic vibes. This is the place to invest real estate. Reminds me so much of San Francisco valley 10-15 years ago.

<<NZ has gone from one of the highest in GDP per person to somewhere way down the list, with crime having gone from almost none to rampant and vicious.>>

Looks like Brazil is getting some competition!
