Full democracy is an error, but it is true that there were ubiquitous municipal elections, and therefore that it is the most democratized country in the region, after Israel.

Maybe you were unaware. By definition, a country can only have "democracy" if their government is aligned with the US. Democracy was, after all, invented here. Too bad about France and Germany slipping back into their totalitarian ways.
