Ted, MM is not president nor is it a flip flop. It worries me that you don't see these important distinctions.

Moore is presenting his piece of propaganda as a "documentary." The Democrats are presenting it as reasons why they should take power and kick Bush out of office. And many will be convinced and motivated to take political action against the president.

Moore may not be president, but he ought to keep some standard of intellectual honesty if he wants to be taken seriously by anyone who hasn't entered the movie theater with preconceived notions. Which, come to think of it, aren't going to amount to many.

As for the "flip-flop," it should be obvious. Moore, having first considered Osama innocent, is now basing his entire movie on the premise that Osama is guilty, and only to accuse Bush of failing to pursue the guilty. But I can understand why you don't consider it a "flip-flop," and it all has to do with using other people's standards to judge them. Fortunately for Moore, he doesn't burden himself with a standard of his own.
