Your happily paraded courage comes from your ignorance. A lifetime of cosy North American couch-potatoism watching other people's blood and gore on TV has understandably convinced you that Americans are untouchable. Otherwise, you wouldn't have found this situation so hilarious. I do sympathize with you guys, having an idea of what maniacs you are up against. But you are only vaguely aware of the problem, and nowhere near a real solution. And all this self-confident cowboy talk a la "Bring it on!"... It saddens me to watch, really. A number of cultivated, bright, and caring Americans, some of whom I have the honor to call dear friends, are going to suffer the results of your current administration's incompetence, along with your kind. That is what I find sad.
