Is there any crossover IP technology between wireless video and Digital Cinema that gives Q more advantage than others?

I thought this one would raise a lot more eyebrows.

Sony/Erriccson, Q's main competition in WCDMA will be buying it's video heavy chips from Q and not doing them in house or buying from NOK. IJ stated that he thinks it will take 1-2 yrs for the competition to realize it doesn't pay to make their own chips. This might be a big reason for that and is most likely what Q is banking on to get them to 50%.

If you want real 3G capabilities in your handset, will not just about everyone opt for TV, streaming video, and full camcorder features. Therefore I see the 50% market share as Q's to lose rather than to win.

Sony Ericsson using the Q chipsets, I don’t recall reading about that before!

Sony Ericsson has always used Q's chipsets for handsets supplied to KDDI.
