I think Kerry is doing better than the polls say because this years dems are up in arms, the GOP is weary and depressed and the independents are swinging mainly to Kerry. Also, this war is very depressing. No matter what happens most people have to concede it was a big mistake.

Sorry, I don't agree. So far, Kerry has put forth a very unimpressive campaign. He's given people very little to swing to.........very little alternatives. They say his campaigning does not get effective til near the end of the race..........I hope that's true.

I still think he has a good chance to win but we also need someone that can unite a very divided country.
