I did not identify Bush that way, he defined his "base" in a speech you can listen to part of in Moore's film as being the "have and have-mores." I'm not disputing that kerry has rich friends. What Moore's film shows is how presidential policy reflects the business interests of groups that administration officials worked for before Bush was elected, Haliburton, Unocal, etc... I'd rather the president be a dupe to a ketchup magnate, than oil conglomerates that lobby on the side of going to war with a nation that poses no threat to America.
