A cynical but factual view is that the major purpose of the Cato Institute is to provide propaganda and soundbites for conservative and libertarian politicians and journalists That said, most of Cato seems to have opposed Iraq War II. cato.org God is an idea too , a word for something and only a symbol I am sorry that God is "only a symbol" to you.
