Really?! That is what I am saying? Now who is twisting the words here? If "intent" was all that you make it out to be, we'd execute for murder one and let everyone else go free. Why have a punishment for "grave indifference to human life" or "manslaughter" if the guy didn't mean to do it?

You actually make a better case for me. Given that no connection between 9/11 and Iraq has been found as well as no WMDs, "innocent" Neocons should be charged with manslaughter of Iraqi civilians. The rest of them should be charged with "felony murder".

thanks for the tip :-) And please spare me the rhetoric about how most Iraqis wanted us there. I am still waiting for the dancing Iraqis in the streets who are showering our troops with flowers and giving them candies.
