"bush is a peace hater"

But this is a lie.

"kerry is a bush hater"

Seems to be.

"everyone is an america hater"

There are lots out there. Just check with JF. He says everybody in the world does. Just us dumb ass conservatives that love the place, I guess.

<<the rhetorical bullshit is becoming too deep to shovel. i wonder if all this hate is the result of misdirected anger over 9/11. the elusive loosely bound terrorist networks have robbed the US people of a proper target at which to vent. it was much easier when the enemy was a singular evil bohemoth such as the Soviet Union.>>

I think the hate is deliberately cultivated and inflamed by both parties.

Who's more likely to vote, someone who hates and fears his opponent or someone who thinks they're both decent people who happen to differ on some of the issues?

With as much money and power at stake as there is, this is all about effective advertising, about doing what it takes to win. Hate sells. If people would stop buying, it would go away.
