Here is one tangible contrast between Bush and Kerry. Bush is primarily influenced by the Neocons. Not entirely, but primarily. The Neocons openly call for destabilizing the Middle East and antagonizing the existing governments, especially Syria and Iran. Here is something from the Kerry camp: ... the interim government should be encouraged to promote constructive relations with neighbors, possibly including Iran and Syria, who are interested in a peaceful and stable region ... antiwar.com Tom
