Happy to provide you with a place to take off on your ruminations, but since it has little to do with me, I will confine myself to saying that no one I know of believes that any kind of UN will succeed without an ability to enforce its decisions, and, therefore, to make war. In other words, the very idea of substantially improved social institutions on a global scale entails the judicious use of force, and no one can say if all need for it will end...........
