So why didn't the rest of the media make some sort of fuss about the Judge who allowed Ryan's private business to enter the public fray? I realized I couldn't begin to answer your question because I hadn't read about the event. All I knew is that some candidate named Ryan was out of some race because of something sexy that was in his sealed divorce records which were opened by some judge. I had seen editorializing against opening the records. That's all I knew. So I took a quick look and discovered I had missed something juicy. I had no idea that his wife was Jeri Ryan and that the rumors were so, er, interesting. So what is it that's rumored to be in Kerry's divorce records? Or would opening them be a fishing expedition?
