This still doesn't explain why Clarke approved this after new information (the 9/11 crashes!) came to light.

Imagine Timothy McVeigh's family skedaddling out of OKC a few days or even weeks after the blast (and McVeigh's and Nichols' implication - BTW, let us not forget that report - "Bin Laden determined to Attack the U.S.") and someone saying, "Oh, we've been looking at the McVeigh and Nichols families for years and we know what's going on. Let'em go."

But Moore said it was Bush who let them go and he let them go before commercal flights were allowed. Which were lies. Which was my point.
