JF, Al Gore going off the deep end. Michael Moore being propped up by the powers supporting Kerry. A deeper reliance on the "Anyone But Bush" message, which itself is being amplified in its volume and radicalism. And Kerry giving tacit approval because he can't open his mouth without sticking his foot in it.

Don't forget that Kerry has one of the most liberal voting records in the Senate, as well as a history of being an anti-war activist. Moderates aren't going to vote for him because they truly think Kerry will be one, but because they truly think Bush will never be one. And they'll take the chance of Kerry 2.1 kowtowing to the radical left after making it into office, because the blinding message for the moment is "Anyone But Bush."
