I don't personally know which one is correct, though, although if I'm not mistaken, Kerry added the soaring price of college tuition, which is certainly worth looking at. And the liberals mis-managing these colleges should be looked at closely. Such BS........its a matter of economics and the capitalist system at work. The UW [a state school] just hired a new chancellor at nearly a million dollars per year. Shocking? Get over it! Its an issue of supply and demand........a cornerstone in the capitalist economy. The demand is greater than the supply. Its typical for chancellors to make that much. Its no different with basketball stars, actors, CEOs etc.
