LOL. Looks like (Chinese maybe other nations too) gold/silver coins are the most collectable staff. They are only 8 some months old, and the face value is only <US$20,
Amazing.

Any thought, Jay?<g> "The report also revealed that during confidential discussions with executives at Boston Consulting's client companies, many conveyed low opinions of their American employees compared with labour available abroad.
Not only are factory workers in low-cost countries much cheaper -- well below $1 per hour in China, compared with $15 to $30 an hour in the United States and Europe -- but they quickly achieve quality levels that are "equivalent to or even higher than the best plants in the West," said the report.
"More than 40 per cent of the companies we talked with expressed significant concerns about the erosion of skills in the work force (in the US). They cited machine operators who are unable to handle specialised equipment properly or to make the transition to new work materials. In contrast, LCCs provide large pools of skilled workers who are eager to apply their 'craftsman' talents." "

If you see the edge of the abyss, stones down there 300ft below, you can do wonders.

The silver medalist of last Olympics relay 400m. Does 200m in 20.13s. He heard a sound in his yueard. A thief had jumped the wall and was stealing his clothes drying outside.

"I'm going to get this guy!" And he went. The silver medalist behind the thief. He jumped out and ran, ran for his life. He beat the professional athlet and escaped!

You see, the guy saw the abyss. he knew what could happen. A bit of fear. A bit more adrenalin and he outperformed the professional athletes.

Remember if you see the abyss, you can do a lot to step back from it.
