Peter, thanks for reviving that recent Cook interview with Reed. Also, for causing me to do a refresh on Phlogiston Theory, which I've always thought to be a remarkable work given what was known at the time. Among the other spectrum attributes not spoken about enough, IMO, is the reusability factor, allowing the same spectrum slice to be used by multiple users who are spatially diverse, even if only over x miles, depending on what frequency we're discussing. Please elaborate if you would on that aspect, with attention to newer radio designs, be they cognitive, or otherwise smart in other ways? Also, earlier you spoke about (what I believe was a euphemism) when you stated that if radios had not received an update over such and such a period of time, they would be returned to a safe operating mode.
