I think they may be waiting for some government grants. If you hear that Paul Martin is visiting the Irving fishing lodge, it's a good sign that a deal is in the works. Also watch stories such " Petro-Canada mull Russian LNG export venture deal " or perhaps .. " Irving shipyards may build LNG tankers " Expect the usual Irving secrecy in the
meantime.

Cant't find much on WestPac Terminals Inc. LNG terminal, another secretive private company.
