Why would government grants be necessary? Or is that just some cynicism showing? I think all that is required from the government is that they not stand in the way or side with the NIMBY's. If they can get the permits and past the NIMBY's, the required capital should be easy to get. Were government grants used to build the Irving Oil Canaport terminal? I admit I know nothing about Canadian politics. >> I think they may be waiting for some government grants. If you hear that Paul Martin is visiting the Irving fishing lodge, it's a good sign that a deal is in the works.<<
