I think the Republicans just need to get these neocons and Christian fundamentalists out of control of their party. There used to be a group of conservative Democrats who often agreed with liberal Republicans. Now, liberal Republicans are extinct, and Republicans are almost a wholly owned subsidiary of corporate America. They seem intent on creating a new American Fascism. Bush isn't Hitler, but the new American Fascism is very real.

I'm just sick and tired of the excuses for GWB's chronic UNDERACHIEVEMENT. The Supreme Court made a mistake, and now is the time for America to rectify it.

By November 3, Patsy, they only question in politics is going to be whether there will BE a Democratic party to field candidates in 2006.

I give it a less-than-even chance, and-if they survive-dumping the anti-American left will take them a generation.

While you are far too stupid to comprehend such things, the contemporary Democratic party is buying into a collapse of historical proportions. To date, they have not missed a single step toward the cliff. And with Kerry now locked in, it's doubtful they can even make a beginning on turning the disaster around...
