I doubt Moore has any say in whether the DVDs are given away. The owners of the movie are Disney and the Miramax guys.

Disney doesn't give anything away.

The Democrats need to base their 2004 campaign on the premises Moore champions:

The US invaded Afghanistan after 911 only to get a pipeline for Unocal. The US faces no terror threat. Bush let Osama go because the bin Ladin family gave him $1.4B.
