For you to categorize Kerry's position on abortion as "moderate" is both laughable and disingenuous. He is a liberal on the issue. End of debate. I doubt that he has ever supported or voted in favor of any piece of legislation that could be considered pro-life. Don't you understand the ethical inconsistency between his voting record and his now stated belief, one previously unstated, that life begins at conception? One might draw the logical conclusion that Kerry has concluded, "Okay, its a life, but damnit, who am I to say that people should not be allowed to snuff it out?"

I suspect that Kerry's people are trying to figure out to do some damage control this morning. Maybe a "He was quoted out of context" or "What interview? That was some other guy named John Kerry."
