It was "flowers and open arms." If we'd have expected flowers and kisses, we'd have been more prepared cause we all know they kiss everyone, including their enemies.

It turns out there were just too many "arms." It's all in the details.

I did not say there was complete agreement. I said that no one (siugnificant) denied that Saddam was a threat.
