Time for you to google if you want to read all the michael moore anti-american comments out there. Lindy Bill has published many of them i am sure. This is widely known stuff and no it does not appear in the movie because it would have hurt sales. And after fatso loves money too.
As far as kerry's daughter i am sure you looked at the picture when published. You may be old but you aint that old, you dawg. MIke

Michael Moore continues to have unkind words for his fellow countrymen. On his international book tour, the author of “Dude, Where’s My Country?” was asked what he thought of Americans. “They are possibly the dumbest people on the planet ... in thrall to conniving, thieving, smug pricks,”...

So it is about Moore, but too many Dems associate themselves with his message for their own good.
