John and Thread,
Maybe i am wrong about cheney but i dont thinks so. My antennae say cheney is a big drag on the ticket. You folks have friends who are not as political who may be reps, indys, libs etc. See what you feedback you get if powell or mccain is subbed. I get shrugs from reps, smiles from indys, and derision from dems. That tells me i am right but my sample group may be different here in new jersey than you folks. mike
